Still water & lava fail to render on Intel HD 2500 in Minecraft 26.2

Steps to reproduce
1.Launch vanilla Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 official release
2.Create a new survival single-player world and locate ocean/lake areas
3.Observe static water and lava blocks

Expected behavior
Water and lava textures should display normally, just like they did in version 26.1.1.

Actual behavior
1.Still/stagnant ocean & lake water is fully invisible (no texture rendered)
2.Lava blocks become solid pure black
3.Flowing water still renders correctly
4.This bug does not exist in 26.1.1 stable release
5.Same rendering issue causes world thumbnails to turn black after exiting worlds

Environment

Affected GPU: Intel HD Graphics 2500 (3rd Gen Intel Core i5-3470) System: Windows No mods, shaders, custom resource packs installed Graphics API: Both OpenGL and Vulkan trigger this problem
