Cushions allow players to phase through blocks

How to reproduce:

Method 1

1. Dig a 1 block deep hole in the ground

2. Place a chest inside the hole

3. Place a cushion on top of the chest

4. Build a wall (even with full blocks) over it

5. Click near the ground near the placed cushion

Observed result: The player phased through the wall

Intended result: The player cannot phase through the wall

Method 2

1. Set up a full block with a 1 block tall gap below it

2. Place a cushion below it

3. When the player starts suffocating, spam place cushions downwards.

4. The cushion is now placed in the block and the player is effectively sitting inside a full block.

5. The player is then ‘teleported’ above, phasing through the block.

Observed result: The player phases up vertically (even multiple blocks).

Intended result: The player cannot phase through blocks.
