Camel husk jockeys, zombie horsemen and skeleton horsemen cannot enter minecarts

I noticed, that Camel Husk Jockeys (with both riders alive) are unable to picked up by a boat, they will phase right through the camel husk.

A lone Camel Husk can be picked up by a Minecart.

Since almost any other Jockey (including Ravager Jockeys are able to pick up by Minecarts, regardless whether their riders are alive or not, I do believe this is a bug.

Reproducing
Get a Minecart to drive over a Camel Husk Jockey

Expected result
The Camel Husk Jockey, with riders still “attached” gets picked up by the Minecart.

Actual result
Nothing happens, the Minecart phases through the Camel Husk Jockey like there’s nothing.

Edit:

After more thorough testing, I also found out Zombie Horseman riding a Zombie Horse and Skeletons riding a Skeleton Horse are affected, although the Minecart stops and doesn’t pick them up
