Recipe book will reject ingredients with different NBT data than recipe

The recipe book will show that the recipe is uncraftable if an ingredient needed has a different NBT value than expected in the ingredient (example: ingredient with a custom name, durability).

Steps to reproduce this:
1. lose durability on an item, or enchant/name it
2. try to craft something using a recipe book that requires that same item
3. won’t let you do it, and you have to do it manually

Expected: the recipe book will let you craft using the same ingredient you used in step 1
Result: will show that the recipe is uncraftable
