My hotbar still works but is not actually visible. everything functions as normal but i have to open the crafting menu to see what is in my hotbar to switch to what i need. overall it’s not a major issue, just irritating.

Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?
F1 toggles your HUD (heads up display)'s visibility, which includes your hotbar). Have you accidentally pressed F1?
