The Spanish (Spain) translation does not load in Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 Snapshot 7.
When I try to use Spanish as the game language, Minecraft displays the following error:
"Loading translations failed
Translation file for es_es was empty or missing. Restart your game and launcher, then try again."
Because of this error, I cannot play the game in Spanish and I am forced to use English.
I have restarted both Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher, but the problem persists.
The issue appears specifically when loading the Spanish (Spain) language (es_es).
Launch Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 Snapshot 7.
Open the language settings.
Select Spanish (Spain).
The game attempts to load the Spanish translation.
The "Loading translations failed" error appears.
Spanish cannot be used.
The Spanish (Spain) translation should load normally and the game should be displayed in Spanish.
The Spanish (Spain) translation fails to load with the message:
"Translation file for es_es was empty or missing."
The game remains in English.
Environment
MacBook Neo with Apple silicon, macOS 26.5.2. Minecraft Java Edition 26.3 Snapshot 7, vanilla client. No mods or resource packs installed.
