Shelf mushrooms block saplings from growing

If a shelf mushroom is present in the area that a sapling checks before growing into a tree then it fails to grow. This is particularly frustrating when trying to grow the new poplar trees since if a nearby tree grows with shelf mushrooms on it’s trunk it will block all nearby saplings from being able to grow, but it technically affects all saplings.

Expected result: Saplings successfully grow even if there’s a shelf mushroom within their checked area, with logs replacing the shelf mushrooms if necessary.

Actual result: Saplings are completely unable to grow until all shelf mushrooms are removed, similar to if stone variants or other solid blocks are in the way.
