Respawn in bedrock layer after bed removal

After setting spawn point with a bed, removing the bed, and dying, the player may occasionally respawn inside the bedrock layer and suffocate. The issue does not occur every time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place a bed and sleep to set spawn point

  2. Break/destroy the bed

  3. Die (multiple attempts may be needed)

Actual Result
Sometimes the player respawns at coordinates inside the bedrock layer and suffocates.
Most of the time, the system correctly shows "Your bed or respawn anchor was missing or obstructed" and respawns at world spawn.

Expected Result
Player should always respawn at world spawn with the bed missing message.

Additional Context

· Reproduction rate: Low – requires multiple attempts
· Possible factors: dimension? bed position? death type?
· Log shows correct behavior for most deaths, but occasionally (observed ~2–3 times out of ~10 attempts) respawn location is invalid

Log Snippet (correct behavior shown for most deaths):

[01:20:20] [Render thread/INFO]: [System] [CHAT] 你的床或已充能的重生锚不存在或已被阻挡
[01:25:03] [Render thread/INFO]: [System] [CHAT] 你的床或已充能的重生锚不存在或已被阻挡
[01:26:13] [Render thread/INFO]: [System] [CHAT] 你的床或已充能的重生锚不存在或已被阻挡

(Note: The log does not capture the actual spawn failure, only the successful cases – which is itself a clue that the issue may not be logged when it occurs.)
