Hi mojang, so recently auto save has been causing me serious lag spikes even though my setting arent high. When the autosave is happening animals stop moving, blocks i already mined appear again after the auto save is done, i can eat or barely move. I was wondering how i could fix this if anyone knows. This is my new report without the fabric mods

Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game after removing mods? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Are there any background processes or applications running that might interfere with the game's performance?
