Abandoned Camp Maps always show the green waypoint regardless of actual position

As the title states, when placed in an item frame, the abandoned camp map will show the green waypoint/locator intended for indicating the position of an item frame within the confines of the map, even if said item frame is outside of the map.

To reproduce:

1. Find an abandoned camp map.

2. Place it in an item frame. It will likely be far enough away to trigger this bug. If not, repeat this step at a distance further away.
