undead mobs burn during rain when their upper body is inside a block

if an undead mob is inside a solid block that doesn’t suffocate it during rain, the undead mob catches on fire

examples of blocks that cause this issue:

• slabs

• stairs

• trapdoors

• pressure plates

• glass blocks

Note: undead mobs are catching on fire randomly and are not burning constantly while being in a block
