Pistons can receive power from diagonally‑adjacent blocks, which is abnormal

Bug Report (English Translation)

This bug appears in version 26.2 (and is estimated to persist throughout all versions of Minecraft). It causes pistons to incorrectly receive power from diagonally adjacent blocks.

Problem Description:
When the shape shown in the image (included in the compressed archive I provided) is arranged, and the lever on the diagonally adjacent block (iron block) to the piston is pulled, the piston does not extend. However, if you update/destroy the blocks surrounding the piston (diamond blocks in the image), the piston then extends. Similarly, when you push the lever back, the piston does not retract correctly; it only retracts when the surrounding blocks are updated/destroyed.

This issue only affects pistons. If replaced with a redstone lamp, the lamp does not exhibit the above problems, proving that the piston is abnormally obtaining power from a diagonally adjacent block, and only under specific conditions. This is quite troublesome for technical players. Under normal circumstances, pistons and similar components should not receive power from diagonal blocks, so this behavior should not occur.

We hope MOJANG can fix this issue.

It's called Quasi-connectivity - a bug that became a feature in Java edition.

If it exists but does not affect the operation of redstone machines, it is called a 'feature'; if it affects the operation, it is called a 'bug
