When an arrow is shot at an Enderman, the arrow damages the Enderman, but still phases through the Enderman, when the arrow should disappear upon impact just like when it hits any other mob.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get an Enderman into a boat or minecart
Shoot it with a bow or crossbow
Observe that the arrows are still on the ground even when it hit the Enderman and did damage to it
