Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn a tamed dog or cat in any biome.
Ensure the mob is in a sitting state by right-clicking or using the sit command.
Leave the mob sitting continuously for an extended period.
After the time has passed, right-click the mob again to command it to stand.
Observed Result:
The dog or cat remains in the sitting animation pose. It does not transition to standing, walking, or following the player. Right-clicking produces the stand sound effect, but the mob stays seated and cannot move, teleport, or be interacted with further except for being pushed or hit.
Expected Result:
The dog or cat should stand up immediately upon right-clicking, resume normal movement, and follow the player as usual.
