[MC-311408] Slabs act like Ice when placed on top of Ice Block

I felt slippery like ice on slabs when i walk on them because the slabs are placed on top of the Ice blocks. This is not usual. It doesnt affect normal blocks but slabs. It does the same on all slabs and occurs on all ice blocks.

Environment

i5 10th, 8gb ram
