When breaking sand blocks in 26.3 Snapshot 10, the breaking particles completely lose their texture and turn into solid black cubes. Additionally, a giant black wireframe selection/cube outline appears near the broken block.
This appears to be a severe rendering artifact likely related to the recent OIT (Order Independent Transparency) and SDL3 pipeline rebuild.
Pressing F3+T temporarily fixes the black textures, but the giant wireframe glitch reappears on subsequent block breaks.
Attached screenshot show the black particle cubes and exaggerated wireframe scale.

Update 2026-08-26:
Attached a video recorded in 26.3 Snapshot 10 (vanilla, same env as report).
It demonstrates the black breaking-particle cubes + giant wireframe box glitch on:
sand
gravel
concrete powder (tested white and yellow)
All three show the same severe artifact. Non-gravity controls (stone, dirt, oak log) were not in this clip but tested separately and render normally.
This indicates the bug is not sand-specific but affects the shared gravity-block (FallingBlockEntity) breaking-particle path under the OIT/SDL3 renderer.
Note: in normal Java Edition, a falling sand/gravel/concrete powder is a FallingBlockEntity and does NOT show a block selection outline (it cannot be "selected" as a placed block). The giant black wireframe cube in the video is therefore not a normal block outline — it is a mis-rendered entity/particle selection box under the 26.3 Snapshot 10 OIT/SDL3 pipeline. This further separates the issue from MC-233827.
