Some IME still cannot be used in fullscreen mode, even in borderless mode

In the latest 26.3 snapshots, the behavior of IME software in fullscreen mode is different from that in the 26.2 release. Some IME software, such as the third-party input method Sogou Pinyin, still cannot be displayed in fullscreen mode in the snapshots, but they work properly in the 26.2 release (including versions from 26.1 up to 26.3 Snapshot 3). I have uploaded two videos showing the behavior in 26.3 Snapshot 10 (observed result) and the behavior in 26.2 (expected result).

In the 26.2 video, I use Win + Space to switch between four different input methods. In fullscreen mode, the switching interface, as well as the IME's own UI and icons, are visible. The text I typed is “w我我我w”, where the second “我” corresponds to Sogou Pinyin.

In the 26.3 Snapshot 10 video, no system UI or icons are visible at all; only the game's built-in IME can be seen. Furthermore, when typing the second “我”, no candidate selection interface appears. This demonstrates that Sogou Pinyin cannot be used in fullscreen mode.

I noticed that the 26.3 snapshots introduced a built-in IME without any mention in the changelog. In my opinion, adding a built-in IME is a bad decision, and the game should continue to support the diverse input methods that users install on their own systems. However, this is not my formal suggestion. What I am reporting here is still an issue: some IME software, such as Sogou Pinyin, still cannot be used in fullscreen mode in the latest snapshots.
