toggling advanced tooltips while reloading resouce packs toggles cinematic camera if key is unbound

When reloading resource packs, if you toggle advanced tooltips at the same time, if the toggle cinematic camera key is unbound, it will toggle the cinematic camera on and off

Steps to reproduce:

1 Press f3 + t to reload resourcepacks.

2 Press f3 + h while the packs are reloading, while the toggle cinematic key is unbound.

I have also encountered some strange behavior where sometimes when i gave the key a keybind it would toggle cinematic mode off until i reset the keybind at which point cinematic mode would be on again, but i have so far been unable to recreate this issue.

Expected behavior: advanced tooltips would toggle without affecting any other game mechanics.

Actual behavior: toggling advanced tooltips while reloading resources toggles cinematic camera too, only if cinematic camera is unbound.

Edit: i have just discovered that this issue also happens if u press any of the f keys at the same time (eg: pressing f2 + f5) i am unsure whether to make a new bug report because this feels a bit different from the f3 t + f3 h thing but also quite similar.
