[MC-31164] Custom Heads not availabe in Villager trades

Typing out this command will not let you get the custom head (Hope i've typed it out right):

/summon Villager ~ ~ ~ {Offers:{Recipes:[1:{buy:{id:371,Count:1},{id:397,Damage:3,SkullOwner:"ThisDoesNotWork",Count:1}}]}}

Intended. Use this command:

/summon Villager ~ ~1 ~ {Offers:{Recipes:[0:{buy:{id:388,Count:1},sell:{id:397,Damage:3,Count:1,tag:{SkullOwner:"Dinnerbone"}}}]}}

1. You need the sell tag.
2. SkullOwner goes inside the tag tag.

oh i forgot the sell tag but when i tested it, it worked and why in the tag tag ? If you give yourswlf a head you dont have to type it.

The give command puts any NBT data in the tag tag. Because the id, damage value, and count are already specified in the give command, the only additional information would go in the tag tag.
