Steps to reproduce:
Place a calibrated sculk sensor
Set it to listen for signal strength/frequency 11 (block state changes) - though it doesn't strictly matter, since it isn't triggered at all
Place a comparator nearby
Toggle the comparator's state (switch it between comparison and subtraction mode)
Observed behavior:
The sculk sensor is not triggered.
Expected behavior:
Changing a block's state in all other cases triggers frequency 11, e.g. bells, lecterns, composters, decorated pots, item frames, and copper golem statues, etc. But most comparably to comparators, it also triggers when changing the state of the daylight sensor. So toggling the state of a comparator would be expected to trigger frequency 11 as well, instead of doing nothing.
See attached video for a demonstration.
