When an enderman teleports, the newly added trail of portal particles does not accurately follow the enderman's teleportation path. The trail can be visibly offset from the enderman's actual position.
This can be observed by watching an enderman teleport from the side. The particle trail does not properly line up with the enderman's position.
Steps to reproduce
Create a world and spawn an enderman.
Cause the enderman to teleport.
Observe the trail of portal particles between its previous and new positions.
Expected result
The particle trail accurately follows the path between the enderman's positions before and after teleportation.
Actual result
The particle trail is offset from the enderman's actual teleportation path and does not accurately line up with its position.
Additional information
The enderman's position before teleportation is initially stored as a Vec3, but the positions used for level event 2018 are converted to BlockPos values. As a result, the fractional parts of the enderman's coordinates are lost before the particle trail is generated.
