Steps to reproduce:
Place a calibrated sculk sensor
Set it to listen for signal strength/frequency 12 (block destruction) -though it doesn't strictly matter, since it isn't triggered at all
Place a fire nearby (for example, by using flint and steel)
Wait until the fire burns out on its own
Observed behavior:
The sculk sensor is not triggered.
Expected behavior:
Blocks disappearing normally triggers frequency 12 - for example, snow/ice melting does (as previously fixed in MC-210117), and manually extinguishing fire also triggers it. Since fire burning out is analogous to these cases, it would be expected to trigger frequency 12 as well, but this is not the case.
See attached video for a demonstration.
