The Fire Aspect Enchantment isn't working

What I expected to happen was...:
To burn all the mobs alive

What actually happened was...:
It just dealt the normal sword damage without any effects

Steps to Reproduce:
Enchant ANY sword with Fire Aspect then attack any mob
