Extinguishing candles with an item does not play hand animation

When holding a non-placeable item that has no right-click action (e.g. Bucket, Compass, Sword, Shovel etc..)

How to reproduce:

• Place and light a candle

• Select an Iron Shovel

• Click the lit candle

Note that while the candle does extinguish immediately, no swing animation is played.

Attempting the same actions but using an empty hand instead of a tool instead, the swing animation plays as expected when the candle is extinguished.
