Wind charges can be duplicated or have their position reset when hit

Under some circumstances, wind charges may duplicate or even reset their position, see the video for steps to reproduce, when using a wind charge freezer, and hitting all the frozen wind charge at a specific angle, the expect outcome is that one wind charge follows the trajectory of that arrow, instead, in some cases, it may launch, a big amount of wind charges all at once, or the whole thing, causing the game to get confused, some cases happening it reset the position of the wind charges, in some other cases like below, it causes it to duplicate, in one of the videos i uploaded, u can see that some wind charges generated by that bug, coexist with the recently generated one, see the videos for more info
