The game displays as offset from the physical computer screen, both in the main menu and in-game (pics 1 & 2). This includes both empty space to the top and left, as well as the game being cut off on the bottom and right.
This is not the case in 26.2 (pic 3), or with any other programmes, so I’m pretty sure it’s not my device. It also persists even after restarting the game+launcher (3 times).
The issue does not show up if fullscreen is turned off (pic 4), even if this window is then maximised (pic 5)
Note: using the in-game screenshot tool (F2) does not show the issue (pic 6) - I had to use my machine’s inbuilt one.

Are you using any modifications or texture packs?
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
Could you please include details about your device and system specifications (RAM, CPU, GPU)?
Have you installed the latest graphics and audio drivers?
