FireworkRockets for elytra boosting kill themselves in certain flying rotation

Fallflying at rotation yaw = 66, pitch = 33 for 5 second and then try to use firework,

the firework rocket despawns about 0.25s after spawn by colliding with the owner. but it is expected that boosting firework rocket should follows its owner at fixed offset, never collides with owner
