Sweet berry bushes can cause village houses generate one block up

The Bug

On very rare circumstances, sweet berry bushes on the taiga biome can generate beneath village houses, causing them to generate one block up and float, even if none of the blocks below are solid.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Minecraft world with the seed -500985501 (or use the seed string weirdgen).

2. Teleport using the command /execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 10196.63 72.91 29902.52 1798.63 78.45

3. Take a look beneath the village house.

Expected Result

Village houses would not be able to generate floating just because there are sweet berry bushes beneath them.

Actual Result

Village houses are seldom able to generate floating, just because there are sweet berry bushes beneath them.
