In 26.3, the game crashes during startup when fullscreen is enabled and the OpenGL backend is used. The process terminates inside NVIDIA's OpenGL driver (nvoglv64.dll) with exception code 0xC0000409 (process exit code -1073740791). No hs_err_pid log and no crash report are generated.
The crash does not occur: in windowed mode (fullscreen:false) with OpenGL; with the Vulkan backend in fullscreen; in 26.2 in fullscreen with OpenGL.
Reproduced with both the official Minecraft Launcher and Prism Launcher 11.1.1, with identical crash location.
Steps to reproduce:
In options.txt set fullscreen:true and preferredGraphicsBackend:"default" (OpenGL)
Launch 26.3 (on an NVIDIA GPU, driver 610.47)
The game crashes during the initial resource reload
Expected result:
The game starts in fullscreen.
