The `item.minecraft.debug_stick.select` string is improperly capitalized, starting with a lowercase "selected"

The Bug:

The item.minecraft.debug_stick.select string is improperly capitalized, starting with a lowercase "selected".

This string is displayed by itself in the action bar when the debug stick selects a block state property, for example "selected "facing" (north)". As it is a complete message rather than a continuation of another string, its first word should start with a capital letter, like the other strings beginning with "Selected" and the other action bar messages, such as "Now Playing: %s" and "This bed is occupied", therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same kind of inconsistency was fixed for the selectWorld.edit.backupSize string in MC-309926. This report is only about the text of the string, not about the functionality of the debug stick.
