Crash while updating to 26.4 snapshot 2 from a 1.12 world

Seed I used: 5570338445387347086

Edit: I remade the same seed but starting from 1.17. The problem still occurs. Seems like that as soon as you generate new 26.4 chunks, the world crashes.

swords in your offhand can’t attack and im not sure if this is a bug or this only happens to swords in the offhand and when you rigth click it some reason does not work in the offhand

You should not update that much. That leads to corruption of world files, and support issues.
