creakings still try to attack player that switched from survival mode to creative mode

despite MC-146524 being marked as fixed and MC-277434 being marked as a duplicate of that report, the whole issue with creakings attacking the player that switched to creative mode from survival mode still occurs

Steps to reproduce:

1. summon a creaking

2. switch to survival mode and look at the creaking

3. stop looking at the creaking and switch swiftly to the creative mode

Note: this issue does not occur with the spectator mode
