Stained glass and tinted glass do not contain any opaque pixels, while glass uses both opaque and transparent pixels
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Place glass, stained glass, and tinted glass side by side, then spawn an armor stand behind them.
Look through the glass and see that the armor stand is not fully visible through regular glass.
The armor stand is fully visible through tinted and stained glass, but not through regular glass.
The borders of regular glass are completely opaque, making it look much less clear overall than tinted and stained glass.
