Redstone Repeater Mulfunctions at Specific X,Y,Z Coordinates.

Hi, I’m running a self-hosted Java Edition server with disabled mods and datapacks. The server has been running for 4 years, and we’ve had many redstone contraptions built in it. However, one evening, without adding any add-ons to the server, many of those contraptions appear broken because some of the repeaters in the contraptions are malfunctioning. I am extremely confused as to why this happened, especially because only some of the repeaters are not working while most are working fine. I could not find a solution anywhere. I will provide a video showcasing the bug using one of the broken contraptions. I wish I could tell you how to recreate this bug, but unfortunately I do not know how it occurs. The repeaters seem to only be malfunctioning at specific XYZ coordinates. If it helps, here are the coordinates and section-relative for one of the broken repeaters: (-902, 61, -728), [09, 13, 07].
