[MC-312447] Menu widgets stay highlighted after being selected

When clicking something in the options menu, that widget will stay highlighted with the white border after your cursor is no long hovering it.

Environment

I tested this on a fresh, vanilla instance of Minecraft. The issue persisted.

In the first photo, my cursor is not hovering the “Music & Sounds” widget.
In the second photo, my cursor is hovering the “Chat Settings” widget.
Sorry, didn’t know the screenshot wouldn’t show the cursor.
