The background does not get dim when the Friends list is opened

When the Friends list is opened the background gets applied a blur effect, but not a darkening/dimming effect. Every other menu in the game with a blurred background also has the background darkened, except the Friends list.

Might be worth mentioning that the entirety of the main menu is also still visible behind the Friends list when it’s opened. Every other menu accessible from the main menu hides the main menu when opened.
