Targeted block/entity depends on eye height rather than camera position

In 1.7 and below, when sneaking, the hit result position would interpolate with your visual eye height sneaking animation, allowing you to select blocks in corners as as you go from sneaking to unsneak.

In 1.8 when the animation broke, this functionality dissapeared/broke and instead of smoothly selecting which block from point A to point B, you just instantly snap to point B from point A instead of linearly from Point A/B/C etc.

This causes you to not be able to select blocks in some situations when sneaking and this became even more jarring in 1.14+ when the eye height became even lower when sneaking.

In the provided video of 1.8+, notice how you never can select the block between the first and last block.
