The Bug:
The multiplayer.other_players.not_available string is missing a verb and is improperly capitalized.
This string is shown above the hotbar when the other players key is pressed in a singleplayer world that is not open to LAN. The verb "is" is missing before the word "only", unlike in other strings of this kind such as "High Contrast resource pack is not available." Additionally, the word "multiplayer" describes the kind of world here, but it is capitalized. Other strings that use the word in this way write it in lowercase, for example "No multiplayer game published", therefore introducing an inconsistency. The same capitalization problem was fixed in MC-312092 for the multiplayer.socialInteractions.not_available string, which this string replaces.
