[MC-312527] The screen does not display correctly when not maximized in Vulkan.

Make sure you have set the prefered graphical API in recommended (or Vulkan, is the same). Then change to the window mode. Now it's done.

Environment

Vulkan 1.4.323 Intel Corporation 101.7076 Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (INTEL) Windows 11.
