The Bug:
The gui.abuseReport.discard.draft.overwrite string uses the words "report draft" instead of "draft report", unlike similar strings.
This string is the tooltip of the "Save as Draft" button, which is shown when a report is left while a draft report about another player is already saved. It refers to the saved report as a "report draft", while other strings refer to it as a "draft report", for example "Edit Draft Report?", therefore introducing an inconsistency.
