The Bug:
Brittle ice can be cracked and destroyed by players inside spawn protection.
Steps to Reproduce:
Start a server, join it, give operator permissions to yourself, and switch into creative mode.
Set the world spawn to your current location by using the command provided below.
/setworldspawn ~ ~ ~Place down some brittle ice, switch into survival mode, remove your operator permissions, and grant anyone else with them in order to activate spawn protection.
Attempt to destroy the brittle by standing on it.
Observed Behavior:
Brittle ice can be cracked and destroyed.
Expected Behavior:
Brittle ice would not crack or be destroyed.
