Short description of the issue
This bug relates to MC-268579, MC-303793, MC-312385 and MCPE-237289. In the past, MC-268579 and MC-303793 have been marked as work as intended and invalid. With MC-312385 being fixed in the latest snapshot, and MCPE-237289 being marked as confirmed by the Bedrock team, this behavior should be re-reviewed. With husks and drowned being able to be converted into zombies, this behavior should be extended to bogged and parched. It creates an inconsistency within the expected behavior for powder snow. If a player sees the interaction between husks and drowned being converted zombies in powder snow, they would assume bogged and parched would be able to be converted into skeletons.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Place down powder snow onto the ground
Spawn bogged and parched via their spawn eggs
Bogged and parched take freeze damage from powder snow
Bogged and parched die from freezing damage
Expected result
Like with drowned and husks able to be converted into zombies, bogged and parched should match with the behavior of the zombie variants when in powder snow. They should be able to be converted into a skeletons.
Actual result
Bogged and parched take freezing damage instead of converting into a skeleton.

Resolving as a duplicate of MC-268579 and MC-303793 as I’ve already requested review for both those reports, Mojang just hasn’t responded yet. I will raise this internally to make sure the review request was noted. It’s possible Mojang will wish to reopen this report and track both interactions here, but more likely they will leave this one resolved as a duplicate.
