The Bug:
The chat messages report button claims chat is disabled or blocked when reporting friends from the title screen.
The message in question says “This player can't be reported because chat is disabled or blocked.” when this is not true. Chat is neither disabled nor blocked in the title screen, and the code treats that as chat being disabled. To fix this issue, an existing or completely separate message which accurately describes the situation should be added.
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the title screen and click the “Friends” button.
Click on any player, and click the “Player Options” button.
Now click the “Report” button, and hold your mouse cursor over the “Chat Messages” button.
Observed Behavior:
The game claims chat is disabled or blocked when this isn’t true. You just aren’t in a world or an environment where you can report their messages.
Expected Behavior:
The game would correctly state that there are no reportable messages from the said player.
