Iron golems summoned by villagers can spawn on brittle ice

The Bug:

Iron golems summoned by villagers can spawn on brittle ice.

When panicking villagers summon an iron golem, the game refuses to spawn the iron golem on a short list of blocks such as glass, leaves, ice and frosted ice. Brittle ice is not on that list, therefore making it a valid block that iron golems can spawn on. Considering that ice and frosted ice are part of that list, I think brittle ice should also be included.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of brittle ice by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~-50 ~-1 ~-50 ~50 ~-1 ~50 minecraft:brittle_ice

2. Build an enclosed area in the middle of the ice.

3. Place multiple beds and summon multiple villagers.

4. Summon a zombie near the villagers so that they start panicking.

5. Wait until an iron golem spawns on the brittle ice.

Observed Behavior:

Iron golems can spawn on brittle ice.

Expected Behavior:

Iron golems would not be able to spawn on brittle ice. They cannot spawn on ice or frosted ice, so they shouldn’t be able to spawn on brittle ice either.
