The Bug:

Water sources adjacent to blue ice convert into brittle ice.

The 26.4 Snapshot 4 changelog says water flowing horizontally next to blue ice turns into brittle ice, but water sources (non-flowing water) next to blue ice still convert into brittle ice.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a block of blue ice.

2. Now place some water using a bucket directly next to the blue ice.

Observed Behavior:

Brittle ice is formed.

Expected Behavior:

Brittle ice would not be formed.
