Happy ghasts don’t avoid soul fire, unlike regular fire

The Bug:

Happy ghasts don’t avoid soul fire, unlike regular fire.

Happy ghasts refuse to float into a list of harmful blocks. Fire is on that list but soul fire is not, therefore introducing an inconsistency. This issue can also be observed in data\minecraft\tags\block\happy_ghast_avoids.json.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create an enclosed box full of soul fire by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~12 ~10 ~12 ~-12 ~-1 ~-12 minecraft:soul_soil hollow

   /fill ~11 ~ ~11 ~-11 ~ ~-11 minecraft:soul_fire

2. Summon a happy ghast above the soul fire and allow it to wander for around two minutes.

3. Observe if the happy ghast floats down into the soul fire and burns at any point.

Observed Behavior:

Happy ghasts float into soul fire.

Expected Behavior:

Happy ghasts would avoid soul fire.
