[MC-312642] Pointed dripstone below flowing lava drips water instead of lava

Pointed dripstone below flowing lava drips water instead of lava.

Create a platform of glass isolated in the air by using the command provided below.
```
/fill ~5 ~5 ~5 ~-5 ~5 ~-5 minecraft:glass
```
Place some lava on the platform and allow it to flow.
Place pointed dripstone beneath the flowing lava and watch closely.

The pointed dripstone drips water instead of lava.

The pointed dripstone would drip lava, just like how it did in 26.4 Snapshot 3.

Can confirm, but only some of them are actually water and some are normal lava

@Harry W are you definitely sure? In my testing, all pointed dripstone beneath flowing lava are affected.
