Dispensers equipping chests on donkeys, mules or llamas don't play the chest equipping sound

The Bug:

Dispensers equipping chests on donkeys, mules or llamas don't play the chest equipping sound.

Putting a chest on a donkey, mule or llama by hand plays the chest equip sound. A dispenser doing the same plays only its own click. 26.4 Snapshot 4 gave dispensed armor stands their placing sound (MC-312273), but not this.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn on closed captions.

2. Place a dispenser and put down a chest inside of it.

3. Summon a tamed donkey in front of the dispenser by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:donkey ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b}

4. Activate the dispenser and listen closely as you do this.

Observed Behavior:

A dispenser equipping the mob with a chest plays no equipping sound.

Expected Behavior:

The chest equipping sound would play.
