The Bug:

Flint and steel and fire charges don't make a sound when igniting sulfur cubes holding TNT.

26.4 Snapshot 4 made flint and steel and fire charges play their sound when they light TNT (MC-207916). Igniting a sulfur cube that holds TNT plays only the TNT fuse sound, with no flint and steel click or fire charge whoosh.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Turn on closed captions.

2. Summon a sulfur cube with some TNT inside it by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:sulfur_cube ~ ~ ~ {Size:1,equipment:{body:{count:1,id:"minecraft:tnt"}}}

3. Obtain some flint and steel or a fire charge, use it to ignite the sulfur cube, and listen closely as you do this.

Observed Behavior:

No flint and steel or fire charge sound is played.

Expected Behavior:

The flint and steel or fire charge sound would be played.
