The tooltips of the items in the statistics menu don't appear when they are focused with the keyboard

The Bug:

The tooltips of the items in the statistics menu don't appear when they are focused with the keyboard.

On the Items tab of the statistics menu, the Tab and the arrow keys reach each item and draw the focus outline, but the item's tooltip only appears when the mouse is over it. The column header buttons on the same screen show their tooltips on keyboard focus.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join a world, break any block, and open the statistics menu.

2. Click on the “Items” tab, and use your keyboard to select the first item slot in the list.

3. Observe if the slot has a white outline and if a tooltip appears.

Observed Behavior:

A focused item shows the outline but no tooltip.

Expected Behavior:

A focused item would show its tooltip.
